Roberto Chade CEO and Co-founder

Roberto Saddy Chade. Mr. Chade is our co-founder and serves as a member of our board of directors and our chief executive officer since 2000, having also been the co-founder and chief executive officer of Outdoor Taxi Media from 1995 to 2007. He was awarded Entrepreneur of the Year by Ibest (2011) and Endeavor-Você S.A. (2002), becoming one of the most important executives in the sector of loyalty program companies in Brazil, being nominated as president of the Brazilian Association of Loyalty Companies (Associação Brasileira de Empresas de Fidelização – ABEMF), and speaker at the world’s most important conferences such as Colloquy Loyalty Summit and Loyalty World. Mr. Chade started his career in consulting companies like Andersen Consulting (currently Accenture) and A.T. Kearney. He holds a degree in business administration from Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing and an executive degree in marketing from Harvard University.

Otávio Araujo Chief Financial and Investor Relations Officer

Otávio Augusto Gomes de Araújo. Mr. Araújo serves as our chief financial and investor relations officer, in addition to being the founder of the Brazilian Institute of Accountability (Instituto Brasileiro de Accountability). He is also a managing partner of Ascet Investimentos, an advisory and investment company that operates mainly in the following segments: (i) real estate; (ii) entertainment and tourism; and (iii) marketing. Mr. Araújo started his career in the private equity department of Banco Icatu, as well as being part of the Icatu Group’s non-financial investment management team. He was vice president financial and investor relations officer of Viver Incorporadora e Construtora S.A. for approximately four years, where he also served as a member of the board of directors until October 2011. Since October 2011, Mr. Araújo has been our partner and chief financial and investor relations officer, a holding company that controls Companhia Brasileira de Soluções de Marketing S.A., operator of the Dotz Loyalty Program and Companhia Brasileira de Soluções e Serviços de Pagamento S.A., a payment institution that operates the Dotz Digital Account. He has an engineering degree from UFRJ.

Alexandre Chade Chairman and Co-founder

Alexandre Saddy Chade. Mr. Chade is our co-founder and serves as the chairman of our board of directors, in addition to being the co-founder and chief executive officer of Ascet Investimentos, an investment company focused on fintech, loyalty programs and real estate. With experience in entrepreneurship in Brazil, he founded other technology/communication, media and real estate companies. In the past, he led several M&A and change processes at the largest companies in Brazil such as Lacta (sold to Kraft Foods), Cosan Algar, Ultra and Beach Park. In addition, Mr. Chade is the founder and executive director of the unit located in the Barsilda Abraham Path Initiative, which is a U.S.-based NGO created by Harvard professor Mr. William Ury, bestselling author of “Getting to Yes,” “Getting Past No” and others. Since 2009, he has been a member of the board of directors of Hospital Sírio Libanês, and between 2006 and 2009 he was a member of the board of executive officers of Viver. Mr. Chade holds a degree in business administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) and a law degree from Faculdade de Direito da Universidade de São Paulo (USP). He has also attended other graduate and executive programs in the United States at Harvard, UCLA and MIT and in France at Panthéon-Assas – Paris IV.

Daniel Krepel Goldberg Vice-Chairman

Daniel Krepel Goldberg. Mr. Goldberg serves as a member of our board of directors and a member of our digital transformation committee. From 2003 to 2006 Mr. Goldberg served as Secretary of Economic Law at the Ministry of Justice. In February 2007, he started working at Banco Morgan Stanley S.A., having held the position of president until July 2011. From July 2011 to January 2012, he served as non-executive chairman of Banco Morgan Stanley S.A. In August 2011, he founded FKG Capital, a private investment company, in partnership with Farallon Capital Management. In November 2013, Mr. Goldberg sold the control of FKG Capital to Farallon Capital Management LLC. FKG Capital was renamed Farallon Latin America Investimentos Ltda. where Mr. Goldberg holds the position of partner and chief executive officer. Farallon Capital Management LLC is a global institutional asset management company founded in 1986, responsible for managing capital for several institutions, including university foundations, charitable foundations and pension funds, in addition to individuals of relevant equity. From January 2014 to September 2020, Mr. Goldberg served as vice-chairman of the board of directors of ANIMA Holdings S.A. He has law degree from USP and holds a master’s degree from Harvard University and a doctorate from USP.

José Roberto Meister Müssnich Member

José Roberto Meister Müssnich. Mr. Müssnich serves as an independent member of our board of directors, in addition to being the chief executive officer of Atacadão S.A., the largest foodstuff distributor in Brazil and the only food wholesale and retail chain present in all Brazilian states. He led the company’s sales process to the Carrefour Group in 2007 and since then he has been responsible for the management and expansion of the Atacadão brand in Brazil, where he leads the growth process in national operations, increasing from 34 to 200 self-service stores (2020), and establishing 3 distribution centers for 27 units. He was responsible for the internationalization and expansion of the Atacadão brand in countries like Argentina, Colombia, Morocco, being one of the creators of the Supeco brand – a wholesale model with smaller stores in Brazil – in Spain, Italy, Romania and Poland, among other countries. Mr. Müssnich holds a master’s degree in business management, a postgraduate degree in business administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS), a specialization in marketing, a postgraduate degree in business administration from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRS), a business administration degree from UFRS and a public administration degree from UFRS. Throughout his career, he has had experience in business management and consulting positions in several Brazilian and international groups and companies, in addition to an academic career as a professor at PUCRS, Universidade Luterana do Brasil, Universidade Caxias do Sul and the Catholic University of Uruguay, among other universities, for more than 20 years, having been awarded more than 40 academic honors in the areas of marketing and business strategy. He was awarded the LIDE Award 2016, among the eight Brazilian executives who contributed to Brazil’s development, promoted by the Group of Business Leaders – LIDE.

Luiz Fernando Vendramini Fleury Member

Luiz Fernando Vendramini Fleury. Mr. Fleury serves as a member of our board of directors and of our audit committee, in addition to being a member of the board of directors of Atacadão S.A. since June 27, 2017. He has strong experience in financial markets, having worked in investment and commercial banks, such as Banco Marka, Citibank, Itaú. At Credicard Group, he was VO of finance and chief of staff at Credicard, in addition to being the president of Redecard S.A., promoting the network’s globalization process, increasing the number of affiliates to over 600,000 and more recently at Banco IBI, under whose management the company showed a substantial increase in net income and equity. Mr. Fleury was also the chief executive officer of CETIP, responsible for setting the general policies and guidelines for action, in line with the objectives outlined by the board of directors, in addition to representing CETIP with shareholders, government agencies and the market in general, promoting a consistent performance policy in the financial markets. He has a degree in business administration from FGV, with a specialization course in financial management from New York University and a postgraduate degree in finance management from FGV. Mr. Fleury has participated in several executive training courses abroad, at institutions such as Northwestern University, Harvard Business School, Michigan Business School, London Business School and Oxford University, all focused on business management, finance and capital markets.

Antenor de Souza Mello Camargo Filho Member

Antenor de Souza Mello Camargo Filho. Mr. Camargo Filho serves as a member our audit committee. He worked as an investment professional in the São Paulo office of Farallon Capital Management LLC since 2011. Previously, Mr. Camargo Filho worked as an investment banking analyst at Banco Credit Suisse (Brasil) S.A. and at Banco Morgan Stanley S.A. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from FGV.

Eduardo Ramos Canonico Member

Eduardo Ramos Canonico. Mr. Canonico serves as a member of our audit committee. He is currently the chief executive officer of Tenco Shoppings Center S.A. and was the chief financial officer of BSL S.A., both portfolio companies of Patria Investimentos. Mr. Canonico also served as chief executive officer and chief finance officer of Viver Incorporadora, in addition to having worked at Valor Econômico and Companhia Muller de Bebidas. He also served as fiscal adviser at Instituto Verde Escola until December 2020. Mr. Canonico has a degree in economics from the Mackenzie Presbyterian University, an MBA in controllership and finance from Universidade de São Paulo and a degree in business administration from the Brazilian Institute of Capital Markets (IBMEC).
