Otávio Augusto Gomes de Araujo currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Operations and is the founder of IBACC (Instituto Brasileiro de Accountability). He has also held positions as Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Investor Relations Director at Dotz until May 2023. He began his career in the private equity division of Banco Icatu and was part of the non-financial investment management team of Grupo Icatu. He is a managing partner at Ascet Investimentos, a consulting and investment company that primarily operates in the real estate, entertainment, tourism, and marketing segments.
For approximately four years, he was the Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations at Viver Incorporadora e Construtora S.A., where he also served as a member of the Board of Directors until October 2011.
He holds a degree in engineering from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ).
Gustavo Wanderley Dias de Freitas

Mr. Gustavo is an experienced executive, with over 25 years in leadership positions in the finance area, in addition to serving on boards and audit committees of companies in various segments such as Credicard, CitiBank, PayPal, and MFS, NuBank, among others. In addition to his extensive experience in finance, Mr. Gustavo has also played a significant role in business management, especially in the sectors of payment solutions and financial services, such as credit and cards.

José Roberto Meister Müssnich
Board Member
Mr. Müssnich serves as an independent member of our board of directors, in addition to being the chief executive officer of Atacadão S.A., the largest foodstuff distributor in Brazil and the only food wholesale and retail chain present in all Brazilian states. He led the company’s sales process to the Carrefour Group in 2007 and since then he has been responsible for the management and expansion of the Atacadão brand in Brazil, where he leads the growth process in national operations, increasing from 34 to 200 self-service stores (2020), and establishing 3 distribution centers for 27 units. He was responsible for the internationalization and expansion of the Atacadão brand in countries like Argentina, Colombia, Morocco, being one of the creators of the Supeco brand – a wholesale model with smaller stores in Brazil – in Spain, Italy, Romania and Poland, among other countries. Mr. Müssnich holds a master’s degree in business management, a postgraduate degree in business administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul (PUCRS), a specialization in marketing, a postgraduate degree in business administration from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRS), a business administration degree from UFRS and a public administration degree from UFRS. Throughout his career, he has had experience in business management and consulting positions in several Brazilian and international groups and companies, in addition to an academic career as a professor at PUCRS, Universidade Luterana do Brasil, Universidade Caxias do Sul and the Catholic University of Uruguay, among other universities, for more than 20 years, having been awarded more than 40 academic honors in the areas of marketing and business strategy. He was awarded the LIDE Award 2016, among the eight Brazilian executives who contributed to Brazil’s development, promoted by the Group of Business Leaders – LIDE.
Luiz Fernando Vendramini Fleury

Mr. Fleury serves as a member of our board of directors and of our audit committee, in addition to being a member of the board of directors of Atacadão S.A. since June 27, 2017. He has strong experience in financial markets, having worked in investment and commercial banks, such as Banco Marka, Citibank, Itaú. At Credicard Group, he was VO of finance and chief of staff at Credicard, in addition to being the president of Redecard S.A., promoting the network’s globalization process, increasing the number of affiliates to over 600,000 and more recently at Banco IBI, under whose management the company showed a substantial increase in net income and equity. Mr. Fleury was also the chief executive officer of CETIP, responsible for setting the general policies and guidelines for action, in line with the objectives outlined by the board of directors, in addition to representing CETIP with shareholders, government agencies and the market in general, promoting a consistent performance policy in the financial markets. He has a degree in business administration from FGV, with a specialization course in financial management from New York University and a postgraduate degree in finance management from FGV. Mr. Fleury has participated in several executive training courses abroad, at institutions such as Northwestern University, Harvard Business School, Michigan Business School, London Business School and Oxford University, all focused on business management, finance and capital markets.

Mr. Maciel Neto began his professional career at Petrobras in 1980, where he worked for 10 years. He was the President of Suzano Papel e Celulose; and member of the global Board of Directors of Archer Daniels Midland Company. Mr. Maciel Neto graduated in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro – UFRJ in 1979. He was the President of Grupo Itamarati (from 1997 to 1999) and of CECRISA – Revestimentos Cerâmicos (from 1993 to 1997). Between 1990 and 1993, he held various positions in the Federal Government, in Brasília, such as Deputy Director of the Department of Industry and Commerce, and Deputy National Secretary for the Economy at the Ministry of Economy. When the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism was created, he held the position of Executive Secretary (Vice Minister) for eight months. During these three years (from 1990 to 1993), he was the technical coordinator of the Brazilian Quality and Productivity Program – PBQP. He was the President of Ford in Brazil and South America, and Corporate Vice President of Ford (from 1999 to May 2006), as well as CEO of Grupo CAOA (from 2013 to 2016) and of Suzano Papel e Celulose (from 2006 to 2012). He currently sits on the Boards of Directors of the following companies: Marfrig Foods, National Beef (USA), Superbid, Braspell and Dotz.

Mr. Feagin is graduated from the University of Virginia with a BA in Economics in June 1988, and an MBA from Harvard Business School in June 1994. Serving as Senior Vice President of Global Strategic Partnerships and Investments at Ant Group Co., Ltd. (“Ant Group”), having joined the Ant Group in June 2016 to lead the company’s globalization strategy, Alipay’s global business development, operations and marketing activities. Prior to joining the Ant Group, he worked at Goldman Sachs from August 1994 to May 2016 and served as Managing Director from 2004 to 2016. At Goldman Sachs, he maintained a broad set of client relationships in industries such as banking, specialty finance, FinTech and insurance in the US, Latin America and Asia.
